traditional balsamic vinegar adds a flair to healthy cooking. A kitchen without balsamico vinegar is incomplete. Less than twenty years ago, aged balsamic was nearly an obscure Italian accoutrement. Now, chefs utilize it extensively. A couple drops of the very best balsamico on ripe strawberries, pears, or other fruit is a customary combination to end a main course.

I saw this recipe being made on the Alive and Cooking Television Show. I have not made this yet, but am posting here so I can make it during the winter months. It looks so easy to make.
